BKM UNDIP is a semi-autonomous unit under the Directorate of Student Affairs at Universitas Diponegoro that provides mentoring, counselling, and peer-support services to students facing personal, academic, or social issues. Its services include individual counselling, group counselling, online consultations, psychodiagnostic services, and referral services. The unit addresses a broad range of issues including anxiety, bullying, academic difficulties, and discrimination. BKM UNDIP emphasises confidentiality and aims to support students from all backgrounds, including those who may feel under-represented or require additional support in navigating university life.
