Access to university underrepresented groups recruit

Undip takes deliberate action to improve access for under-represented groups by issuing Rector’s Decision No. 1546 granting Afirmasi Higher Education Scholarships to new Undergraduate students from Papua, remote regions, ADEM pathways, and former migrant workers. The scholarship covers full tuition and additional semester benefits. Applicants must meet academic criteria and demonstrate financial need or disadvantaged background, such as being from fisherfolk families or remote provinces. A public announcement for the Afirmasi admission track in Academic Year 2024/2025 further reinforces the structured recruitment channel for students from under-represented backgrounds.
