Disability accommodation policy
Equitable access for students with disabilities is supported through the implementation of Rector’s Regulation No. 24 of 2016 on Services for Students with Disabilities at Universitas Diponegoro (UNDIP). The policy promotes inclusion and equality by ensuring that students with disabilities receive reasonable accommodations such as accessible infrastructure, academic adjustments, and assistive services at no additional cost. Implementation is coordinated by the Disability Services Unit, which oversees accessibility measures and provides tailored support to meet individual needs. Dedicated funding is allocated to improve facilities, train academic and administrative staff, and strengthen inclusive learning environments. Through this policy, UNDIP demonstrates an institutional commitment to removing barriers, enhancing accessibility, and fostering full participation of persons with disabilities in all aspects of university life.
