Paternity policy
UNDIP implements several policies that promote gender equality and ensure equal support for both male and female staff. Relevant policies include Rector’s Regulation No. 4 of 2017 and No. 6 of 2018, which guarantee protection of rights for all employees, including male workers. These policies cover aspects such as reproductive health, maternal and child health services, and protection for non-civil servant staff who are pregnant or giving birth. Furthermore, UNDIP prioritizes gender equality across all academic and non-academic activities on campus, including employment opportunities and career development.
