Anti-discrimination policies

Universitas Diponegoro enforces an institutional anti-discrimination framework through Rector’s Regulation No. 19 of 2024 on Equality and Anti-Discrimination, supported by Rector’s Circular No. 35 of 2018 concerning the prevention of harassment and discrimination within campus activities. The policy applies to all students, faculty, and staff, ensuring equal access to education, recruitment, and career development without bias based on religion, ethnicity, gender, disability, or socioeconomic background. It establishes clear mechanisms for reporting, protection of victims and whistleblowers, and disciplinary measures for proven violations. The policy also mandates awareness programs, workshops, and periodic training to strengthen understanding of inclusivity, equal opportunity, and a safe campus environment across all faculties and administrative units.
