Non-discriminatory admissions policy

Universitas Diponegoro (Undip) upholds an inclusive and transparent admissions process as regulated in the Rector’s Regulation No. 19 of 2020 on Procedures for Student Admission. The policy ensures that admissions are objective, accountable, and non-discriminatory while promoting equal access to education. It specifies that Undip must recruit prospective students with academic potential who are economically disadvantaged or come from remote and underdeveloped regions. This framework is further supported by the university’s Statute (Government Regulation No. 52 of 2015), which emphasizes fairness and diversity in student selection. Admission pathways include regular entry, affirmative scholarships such as the Indonesia Smart Card (KIP), partnership programs, institutional cooperation schemes, and the International Undergraduate Program, ensuring wide participation across social and regional backgrounds.
