FISIP Wellness Unit at Universitas Diponegoro takes practical steps in providing promotive and preventive mental health support for staff through PPKS socialization and mental health literacy programs. This initiative actively ensures staff access to mental health education, featuring talks from professional psychologists and interactive skills sessions aimed at daily mental well-being. Institutional support and enthusiastic staff participation highlight UNDIP’s dedication to building a healthier and safer campus atmosphere. Such efforts not only give short-term benefits but reinforce a lasting culture of mental health awareness in the university. The program fulfills the principle of actively promoting mental health and providing direct access to mental health support for staff, strengthening well-being and resilience among university personnel.
Mental health is a vital aspect for the smooth operation of campus activities. In addition to physical health, Universitas Diponegoro also pays special attention to the mental well-being of its staff and students. UNDIP ensures that students and staff receive high-quality counseling services delivered by professional counselors. The launch of a mental health screening application utilizing the Self Reporting Questionnaire (SRQ) method developed by the World Health Organization (WHO) demonstrates UNDIP’s strong commitment to creating a healthy work environment that supports the balance between work and mental health for the entire academic community.
