Undip as an agency has representatives in the highest management body, namely the Board of Trustee (MWA) and the Academic Senate (SA) in accordance with Government Regulation No. 52 of 2015 concerning the Undip Statute. The Statute states that the bodies have representation from student elements representing undergraduate and graduate students, faculty, and staff. The MWA has the function of providing consideration for the implementation of general policies and carrying out supervision in the non academic field. The SA establishes policies, provides considerations, and conducts supervision in the academic field. MWA and SA members are determined democratically through an election process by lecturers, staff, and students. MWA consists of elements of the Ministry of Education, Governor, Chancellor, Chair of SA, 3 Community, Alumni, 4 Professors, 3 Lecturers, Staff, and Students. SA consists of ex-officio Chancellors, 4 Vice Chancellors, 13 Deans, and 57 Lecturers representatives.
