Access to Food Security Knowledge

The Faculty of Animal Husbandry and Agriculture, Universitas Diponegoro (FPP UNDIP) implements several concrete programs through community service in various regions. In Sukorejo Village, Sragen Regency, FPP UNDIP distributed 16,700 eggs to more than 829 families as an effort to improve family nutrition and prevent stunting. Meanwhile, in Kendal Regency, the FPP UNDIP community service team mentored duck farmers with productivity-boosting strategies through training in the production of low-cost feed based on waste and synbiotics, as well as the production of frozen food from ducks. These activities demonstrate FPP UNDIP’s commitment to empowering local communities, strengthening food security, and improving community welfare through knowledge transfer and direct technical support in the field.
