Universitas Diponegoro attempts to gain a greater understanding of staff and student’s sustainability literacy level. The questions were delivered to measure the tested staff and students’ knowledge regarding sustainability development goals (SDGs) implementations. Completing the survey should take approximately 5 minutes.
Procedures: You are being asked to complete a short, online questionnaire about your knowledge, awareness, behaviors and attitudes concerning sustainability. No identifying information will be collected.
Risks and Benefits: To the best of our knowledge, there are no risks to you for taking part in this study. You do not have to answer any questions that make you feel uncomfortable. There are no benefits to you from taking part in this research. However, others may benefit in the future from the information that is learned in this study.
Confidentiality: Confidentiality will be maintained to the degree permitted by the technology used. Your participation in this online survey involves risk similar to a person’s everyday use of the internet, which could include illegal interception of the data by another party. If you are concerned about your data security, you should not participate in this research. We will keep the records of this study confidential; only digital versions of the raw data will be used, and no identifying markers will link you to your responses. We will make every effort to keep your records confidential. Authorized staff of the investigation university may review the study records for purposes such as quality control and safety.
