The prevention measure to cut the spread of COVID-19 is to maintain the hygiene and sanitation especially hands by clean hands often using soap or alcohol-based hand rub. However due to the massive growing COVID-19 outbreak, hand sanitizer is becoming more and more scarce in the market. People who are in the need of using public transportation and still have to do their activities outside have no access to this hygiene protocol. Thus, this project is formulated to provide hand sanitizers in the public transportation. Representative from Faculty of Engineering Prof. Widayat, Dr. Sulardjaka, Dr. Dessy A, and Dr.-Ing. Silviana join hands with PERTAMINA MOR IV region Central Java and Yogyakarta as one of the state-owned company in Indonesia who engaged in the energy sector including oil, gas and new and renewable energy to produce and distributed hand sanitizers in public transportation such as buses; taxi; stations in Semarang.
